I catch a cold due to the easily changeable weather. It's a hard time for me to keep a good spirit in my study or other things else. And you must drink a lot of water during you catching a cold. This morning, just a few hours, I have been drunk 1000ml water, just sitting in classroom and listening to the lecture. And the doctor always would advice you to drink more water than usual if you catch a cold. Of cause enough rest else. Although I don't know why, I think it really ture, because I feel thirsty during this days. Do you drink enough water when you catch a cold, guys?

Lemonade or citrus drink? Oh, I won't drink those drinking when I have colds. I think that will make the fever or flu worse...But maybe it works to you.

Definitely, if I am not feeling well - like a cold - I will make sure to drink a lot of water. This will help my body become better. It is important for getting rid of the toxic in my body too.

Well, I enjoy a nice hot cup of tea, especially when I have a cold. When I'm thirsty, I'll drink some cold orange juice --- it's better and healthier than soda.
