Please help: Ebay shipping discount

I finally started selling on ebay. As I am going to move soon after the house sells, I decided to put on sale some of our stuff. I want to offer a shipping discount if a person buys more than one item and I have seen an attractive way to do it: some people put a LINK besides the shipping information (under the price) that reads "Discount available". I have been trying to figure out how to do it for many days now and this is driving me crazy. I just can't find out any information on how they do it. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to do that. Thank you for your time.
