what should be the true voting age?

I personally think that the age should be 18 or maybe 21...'cos to fully understand and be mature enough to vote you must also have mental stability and experiences of life..what do you think?

yeah dear you r correct about the age perspective... by 18 ... the person actually enters into the class of matured people... he gets responsibilities....so i agree with you.

Where are you located? If you are in the U.S., the voting age is 18. I would agree with you in that it just might be a good idea to increase the age, due to life experiences, maturity, etc. However, there will never be an increase in the voting age b/c to do so, would mean there would/should also have to be an increase in the age to serve in the military! Thus, the Constitution would be very contradictory if it were to say: one is to immature to vote but mature enough to die......just my take....

Where do you live? I live in the united states, and i can't be sure, because maybe they changed it, but i'm pretty sure that our voting age is 18 right now. I think you are right that they should be mature enough to vote, but everyone matures at different ages.
