How to get child from sleeping in pack-n-play to toddler bed??

Make it a special treat, keep telling him how if he's very good he'll be allowed to sleep in the special, grown up bed, so he really looks forward to it

I had this problem with my son. The only thing I could do was get rid of the play pen and put him in a bed. He cried the first few nights, but after that he was ok. Now he just plays until he goes to sleep.
