Window Xp Sp3 is a Vista feature XP. is this true?

i dot know.sp3 is not out yet.so no ideas about it.

After XP sp2 there was Windows Media Center ready for upgrade to Windows Vista.

Microsoft didn't release Windows XP SP3 .. I've got a copy of Windows XP SP3 and I've observed that SP3 is only an upgrade from SP2 that was been MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE .. NOT MICROSOFT ITSELF...
