Both, we do it ourselves sometimes and when it get worse, we called the people we know who own the business.

it takes a lot to maintain a lawn, especially in the fall with the leaves

I do not have a professional landscaper but I know an employee who works in landscaping firm. He comes to visit on holidays and helps us out in maintaining the plants and lawn.
