how to help my dog?

my dog recently gave birth to six puppies, the other one died.. so we have 5 puppies left. anyways, right after she gave birth, she started having these flees also her poor puppies.. now she has a lot of wounds made from scratching, i want to do something but i don't know what, i am afraid to give her those medicines to get rid of flees because of her puppies.. Is it okay to give her and her puppies medication despite them being still young? they are only 5 days old.. and is it okay to give her medication even if she has a LOT of wounds? I'm afraid she will get hurt.. is there a way to get rid of flees without involving medicines? and without hurting her...? she already lost most of her fur because of this flees, she really looks weird now.. i'm afraid her puppies will also end up loosing their fur if i don't do anything soon..
