We woke up in Leighton this morning with rain!! I know there is a drought all over the country and I sure hope and pray the rain will start spreading out all over. But it was so good to get up this morning and hear it hitting the air conditioners. We have a lot of farmers around where we live in the Northwest corner of Alabama and they have really been hurting. I know the farmers in the mid West are hurting too. Let's continue to pray that the rain will spread out across the country to ease the drought and help all the farmers.

Doesn't it make you feel wonderful to get rain after so long? Our dog gets excited whenever we drive up and he sees us. He will start wagging his whole body and it kicks up dust when it hasn't rained in a good while.

It is really Strange how some part of the world needs the Rain and does not get it then the part that does not need it that much gets it all the time
We are in Spring and just had some lovely warm Days and then a week ago without warning it went cold and wet
And it still is I hope that we get the warm weather back soon

Im glad you got some rain. We just had alot of rain and it made all the grass come up green. Now that its spring everything is coming back to life with the help of some good rain. I personally dont like when its raining but when we need it then that a different story.

We are really far behind on rain this year. It is going to take quite a bit for us to get caught up. We got some yesterday morning and this morning too and I think it is supposed to rain again this evening. Maybe we will eventually get caught up.

The last few weeks have been nothig but rain. I appreciated the sunshine we had yesterday. I don't mind the rain, it is relaxing, it helps the crops, and it clears the air - but this time of the year, the more the rain the more the tornados. We had one touch down last night. Not in my city, but a city 20 minutes away.

Bless your heart!! Yes the rain has it advantages and disadvantages. You live in Oklahoma don't you? I'm sure you have lots of problems with tornadoes out there.

Yes, thank you Lord for the Rain. Now I would like to pray for rain in FL to help put out the fires that have been blazing there. Thank you in advance Lord Jesus for answering this prayer.
