Fruits And Green Leafy Vegetables - What's So Good About Them

High fiber fruits and vegetables must be taken daily. These will cleanse our system with whatever may be retained in our body as we eat regular meals, junk foods and medicines.
We all know that as we take synthtetic vitamins and medicines, there will always be some residues which shall be lodged in our body somewhere. Likewise, there are also some foods which will leave some residues within the digestive system, too. The danger here lies in the fact, that these residues produce some toxins which will cause our body to get sorts of diseases.
We had been told time and again to take natural fruit juices, fruits and vegetables to cleanse the digestive system. For most of us though, we forget this part of our diet. Fruits like grapes, apples, pineapples, water melons, cantaloupes, guavas, papayas, young coconut meat and juice and mangoes are effective cleansers of the digestive system. Green leafy vegetables will also be good helpers in so doing. Let us start now to observe having a heathy diet. Let us all eat fruits daily.

i am practically a veggie person since i was diagnosed as hypertensive. we are indeed lucky here in davao city because veggies and fruits are very abundant. and they are cheaper compared to other places around.

Thank you very much for this valuable information. I make sure we always have many fruits and vegetables available.
Right now we have mangoes, grapefruits, apples, a cantalope, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and carrots in our refrigerator.
Fruits and vegetables play a big part in our diet.

fruits and vegetables are kind to our bodies. this is why some have become vegetarians when they have come to realize this. but the important thing really is, for us to have a balanced diet and never to forget to drink sufficient amount of water.
