Do you know of any sites that pay you to take surveys?

Please list only those sites:
1. That really pay and are tested by you or others.
2. Available for international members.
3. Pay via Paypal or E-gold.
4. Have a decent payout (Easy to reach).
5. And lastly they should pay a decent amount for taking a survey.
I'm sorry if I'm being too demanding here, but I have wasted hours searching for a survey site and have not yet found one.

hey you can also check out my blog at http://cashsitesreviews.blogspot.com there are a couple very nice cash sites available - Cash Crate being the best. But there is limited choices for international users - BUT you could get north american referrals and make a lot of money that way!
