VT Student....born killer or created by society?

I have a degree in psychology with minor in criminology. A main question that pondered both fields for many decades is if someone is born a killer or are they created by society (aka Nature vs Nurture). Cho Seung-Hui seemed to have been isolated and a loner many years before the VT incident. While he was in high school he was called many names and taunted by other teenagers. Did this nurture the violence that was seen 4/16? Could it have been prevented (some former high schoolers and college roommates reported attempting to interact with Cho). Or could this have been a mental disorder he was born with that was ticking time bomb waiting to explode? Or Could it both combined??

Do me a favor and read the articles I posted about Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold of Columbine. They should come up if you search MyLot for 'Columbine'. I think being an egomaniac with a superiority complex is a big part of why the school shooters feel they can play God and take lives.
