Birds - where they die and how they die?

I used to wonder there are varities of birds in our city but I found very few of them die in the city due to electric shock or human cruelty. What about the balance birds. Out of million birds at least 1000 birds must die every day. During my life I found no news in the newspaper or from other sources about lot of birds died today or any sort of things. I just to want know from mylot members where they die and how they die. I have been looking for answers to this question long time. I used to ask people about it. None of them gave me any satisfactory answer. However, one old gentleman told me that "birds aware of their death before hand, they would fly to sea and die in the sea Therefore you do not find their dead body here in city". Is it true. May be true or may not be. Does any mylot member has got answer. I shall thankful if my curisity is clarfied. Thank you.
