how many times a day do you apply body lotion?

in the name of soft and silky smooth skin, how many times do you apply body/ hand lotion?

I apply them twice Once in the morning and once in the evening

I apply it twice usually. Once in the morning and once in the evening. I will use hand lotion more in the winter time becase my hands get so dry because of the weather.

hmm I usually apply body lotion every night before I go to bed. Sometimes I'm too lazy to use it coz it makes me feel rather icky sometimes. My skin's not that dry but since I stay in a humid country and work in an air-conditioned building, gotta moisturise hehe.
