What was the reason you decided to get married? What did your husbabd/wife do to convince you that this was the one? Was it love at first sight? After time, did you both come to a realization that it was destined?

I decided to get married because i knew my best friend in the whole world was my soulmate. I knew from day one that he could be my husband and now he is!

When my husband and I first met, I already knew that he would be the one I'd grow old with. It was love at first sight! When I was younger, I was not really a believer of "love at first sight" thing, but when I met my husband I found out that it does happens in reality. One month after we met, he became my boyfriend and two years later we got married. Now, we have been married for four years already and still very much in love with each other!

I always wondered if that was just the "movies" way of falling in love or if it was real...but its obvious you've overcome that and have a successful marriage. More power to you!

My husband and I got married two months after we got married. Everyone said that it would not last more than a month but it we have been married just shy of 5 years. It was love at first sight, he did more for me in that two months than my xboyfriend did in the three years we were together.

My wife and I planned our marriage in less than a month. I can't quite say love at first sight because we had different focuses but for some reason we couldn't be without each other.

My hubby and I got married after a few months of exclusive dating. I knew him from High School so he wasn't much of a stranger. He was one of those guys who was focused and knew exactly where they are headed and how to get there. He's very protective yet very jealous.
It wasn't love at first sight. But when we were starting to be lovers he popped the question saying, "If you see me as someone you can grow old with, would you be my girl? If not, don't even mind that I asked such a question."
That one really did strike me. LOL. Until now...

Thats real! I also knew my wife for some time prior to mariage. Its always good to look back and see exactly how you got where you are!

how would i know the reason why when until now am not yet married hahahaha..just joking. well, anway, if am to get married, the main reason would be because of LOVE more than anything in this world. LOve first then everything else will follow.
