Is this mean?

My sister and I went to the mall once, parking was hard as it is the weekend sale. When we are about to park, this car came from nowhere and squeezed its way to park on our space. And when the couple who stole our space went down their car they have this smug look on their as if to show that they can get away with it. What's bothering me is that this couple is a respected member of our church and donates on various religious causes. Since I can't take it out of my head, when my sister and I were eating I went outside the mall, steak knife on hand, walked to the couple's car and slashed their tires. Is this mean? I just got ticked that people who brag they are educated could exhibit such behavior. What would you have done if you were in my shoes?

I wouldnt say it was mean. I would say it was a crime and you are lucky that you were not caught. Parking places belong to no one it is a first come first serve basis. If they managed to beat you to it then it was theirs. Common courtesy wuld be nice but you rarely find that on the roads or in parking lots.

That was the first and last time I did something like that.

You slashed people's car tires over a parking place?? That is well past mean! That is against the law. -- destruction of property. Or I would assume it is against the law where you live.
Your parking place? Was it reserved with your name on it? Get over it! What you did was very wrong.

Well it wasn't theirs either. I just find it totally wrong to be that rude as you already that one person is parking and yet you squeeze your car in that place so you could have a parking space.
