Call Center and Internet Shop

As with my past Discussions i mentioned that my friend are planning to set up an Internet Shop....we also have decided to convert the Internet Shop into a Call Center by night is this a good idea, since we both came from a Call Center. Will there be a Conflict of Interest? Thanks!
