I always feel so tired and I don't know what to do to make it better. I started exersicing hoping that would help, but it really hasn't made a difference. I feel so bad for my kids because I am no fun most of the time because my bodt feels so old. Does anyone else feel this way or have any advice for me?? Should I go to the doctor and tell him I feel like an old lady?? (Trying to be funny). Thanks!!

I feel the same way. There is a big age difference between us but I know how you feel. There are days I have a hard time getting out of bed. I drag all the time. I have been to the doctors and they cannot find out what the problem is. So I hope you can find out what is causing yours. I will keep you in my prayers.

I have suffered alot these past ten years or so from lack of energy, and it's very frustrating. Suddenly, however, it lifts and I feel much better. it comes in cycles for me. Sometimes, I can kick-start energy cycles by doing something out of the norm in terms of my routine, something different and challenging. But it's a common problem today; and very painful for sufferers; also little understood. I feel for you.

Gee i am like that also..i have a new born baby and mostly i am awake at 1am, 4am and 6am, and i go to office by 8.30am, i wash clothes every sunday and i really mean handwash. now im suffering from throat infection because of over fatigue and yet here i am still at work. i have no choice. im planning to take vitamins to recharge my body and just try to eat healthy foods, not so much on the meaty side but with veggies and fish. anyway how old are you now? or is it just your mind that is so stressed out? and your body also thinks the same too. if you can afford to go to the doctor maybe its time to get help.

Hi, Michelle. You are young, you're just 25. Feeling tired all the time may mean a lot of things. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you on a diet and not eating the right food? It can also be fatigue. Having kids and running around chasing them all day can take all your energy. It could be these things or it can also be something that need medical attention. From experience, whenever I feel that I'm always tired and sleepy, I'm anemic or my red blood cells are low.
So you have to analyze what you have been doing and if you see no reason why you should be so tired, then you should consider going to the doctor.

Hi Michele21, I think you go and see your doctor first to rule out underlying causes. Then if everything is ok probably what you need is only a long rest. Take a break. Get out and have fun. You probably need some time alone, away from your daily routine. Eat and take supplement. I was once like you. But when I went to see the doctor, he told me to take some rest and gave me some vitamin supplement. The result was incredible. I never felt better.
