If a good friend broke an expensive item of yours...

...what would you do? say your friend broke your computer or tv or even crashed your car by accident. sometimes i wonder what i would do in this situation - should i get angry, should i stay calm and then tell him he has to pay for it later? it would be bad for our friendship. Hopefully the day never comes. How would you react? what would you do?

I think if he or she is really your good friend he or she will pay for it without your request.unless he or she can not afford it ,I will ask my friend to pay for it,it's not a big deal,no matter who it is should pay for it.

If it happened to me,I think if it really is my best friend,I will not angry,because it is just an accident not purposely.But I think my friend must will pay for it.

Broken Car - A red car is completely wrecked in the front. It might have hit a tree or some other strong object to gain that wreckage.
You're right! Hopefully it will never come on that day! Okay let's give a situation. I have a friend and she borrowed my car. After she return it to me I saw that my car is completely wrecked. I will certainly react and ask her what happened. I'll be demanding the truth by that time. I'll definitely asked her to pay for it since she was the one responsible for it. But I will also explain that she doesn't need to pay for it immediately. I don't want our friendship to be broken just because of the incident.

Hello,glra,if you say it is a good friend,i will not ask him/her to pay for me as it is an accident only. They are not doing it intentionally. Although the expensive things are gone, but you can still buy another one, but if you are getting angry ,it may just affect your friendship negatively, if you loss your friend, you cannot use money to buy it back.Friendship is precious.
