Hits4Pay - A Must Read Before You Sign Up

If you are planning to sign-up for Hit4Pay....... you better be carefull and read through their "Terms Of Use Page" The most important conditions put-up there are :- To qualify for the signup bonus and approval, users must: 1) Reside in the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom And Australia. 2) Provide valid mailing address and email address. 3) Fill out the secure USA tax form. 4) To receive the signup bonus, members must accrue a minimum balance of $25 in accumulated Earnings. 5) Members will not be eligible to withdraw the signup bonus if the minimum earning ($25) has not been accumulated. Now I am not sure that they are referring to the Sign-up bonus only or...... everythin in general. Btw...... if you do not get the Sign-up bonus....... it would be very difficult for you to reach the $25 pay-out limit. This is strange...... why does Hits4Pay allow users from outside countries to sign-in. I think its just a catch. People normally do not go through the lengthy "Terms Of Use" pages.
