how to email 100 friends at a time

Is any one tell me any software is their to email 100 or more to send email at a time, because all the emailid provider send only 15 id on TO,CC,BCC, it is difficult to send more friend email at a time, please help me, or any software is their to send individual email to everyone without using BCC,The Outlook can send only 250 email perday by HOTMAIL. there is limitation on them,

I too want to send email to 100 friends at a time. But I don't have that many friends.
