Harvard is topping the rankings for the last few years but it also depends on the discipline of students e.g for engineering MIT, AIT, Carnage Mellon etc. are famous, for managements sciences Harvard Bussiness School, London School of Economics, Imperial College etc are fabolous, and the list goes on.
