There must be reason for feeling nervous and fidgety, and only you know deep inside. Try to be honest to yourself and you will know the real reason. Drinking too many cups of coffee is not good for health. Would suggest you do some deep breathing. Take a deep breath, hold and then exhale. Do it few times. Alternative is to meditate. If not, go out to the open and scream your heart out. Do whatever is needed except dwell on what is causing your nervousness :P Take care.

Smoking and coffee are only temporary solutions, and both actually make you even more antsy - they make you feel better for a while and then make you worse after some time. Please, for your sake, stop the smoking and the coffee. I would suggest that you open your windows every morning, sit by it and take a dozen deep, really deep breath, followed by a cool water shower. In the evening eat lots of salad for dinner, about an hour before sleeping. Do this for a week and see how different and fresh you feel. All the best!
