do u think 300 deserve an OSCAR??

it surely deserves one for its special fx and for the nice screenplay.

i think that they should for the graphic-animation and for the action scenes... ita a nice movie too... i just don't know what are their nominations on oscars if they do have one... =)

it is an ok movie i think 300 does not deserve an oscar it is not a that great movie it is a waste movie

of course, yes. after all, 300 is an absolutely terrific movie. the attitude, the valour the spartans display send a chill down my spine. so much to keep their honour. they challenged and even demured a person who projected himself as god. i think they were bogged down by the wrong priests who just had no respect for these warriors. my personal favorite line in the movie when the king says : SPARTANS NEVER RETREAT!!!!!!!!!!. the greatest sequence when the king as a young lad fights the beast and also , when he kicks the intruder into the well..

of course it deserves an oscar. and it is sad that it was not even nominated for oscar awards. so i dont know how this people do consider nominations for oscar. the graphics the story line , dialouges, screenplay, acting, animation, special effects, coustumes all was perfect so why no oscar for it?

Yes, it so sad that it has been recognized, such a highly technical movie..not appreciated with an oscar.

it should get a oscar for the fight sequences.it was bloody excellent although for overall story line not,i wanted to see what 10 000 spartans could do at the end.but it was a great movie.

I do not thing so, there no enough story in this movie, only the special effects are really great, this may be the only award it can have a try.

perhaps a nomination. the fight scenes are impressive. my dad usually falls asleep in theaters but he was awake the whole time when we wathced this one. AAoUU!!

in my opinion, clearly it does not deserve an oscar! it is in deed a fantastic action movie, but it is not flawless in what regards historical facts! Xerxes was a small guy, with a beard!

umm HELL NO. Oscars are for broke back drama that make u cry and sh**t...who gives a s**t seriously. There was only one movie that got an Oscar that I truly enjoyed, The Departed. 300 is a movie meant for general audience not some old men with fancy suits trying to find the most wussy movie possible.

I think it is a shame that so many people are condemning this movie for it's historical innacuracies or it's racism etc etc . I just think this was a fantastic movie therefore it deserve an OSCAR !!!
