Well that shows what you know.. Sad to say but they can't win it now, I doubt they will under "Jose".... Money they've spent they should be taking anything, instead of under mining tactics. Maybe when they find someone who knows the game....

I am a liverpool supporter too. Sad to say they lost and I could only say they don't play well enough to win chelsea or even settle for a draw...

Huh? They didn't play great yesterday, the first league they played better. Normally they do play better than chelsea, in fact they go forward better than most teams do against chelsea. Lucky that true fans saw them win today and you know people from "liverpool" have a self believe in the club. you don't seem to share this, since you listed half a team you'd like to get rid of. (which would ruin liverpool in more ways than one) (smacks head) ~Joey P.s Now I am grumpy.. lol

what did u say liverpool beating chelsea.................................. impossible.
2 May 07
Are you saying it's impossible? If so.... Who has the better record. I can tell you it isn't Chelsea, Plus this so-called impossibility has been proven wrong. if anything by yesterdays results. You could say it's impossible for chelsea to win the champions league under "jose".. I'd put money on that =)

Oh but they just did, though they couldn't book it in regular time. Yesterday's battle was exciting to the finish, and had me clinging to my seat until the penalty kicks were served. Truly a brilliant performance by both teams, but in the end, it was Liverpool who proved to be the better team. It was a great match-up, worth every minute I spent watching it.

the 2nd league proves that liverpool is on par with chelsea if not better. i just tot that if.. mourinho were to put in roben and phillips on the field earlier then they cud create more chances for drogba. but then again.. arghh.. anyhow great football match. worth waking up at 2.30am. congrats to liverpoolians!!

Chelsea will not let the visitor get an easy bye at their home ground. I am very sure that Jose Mourinho have learned his lesson in 2005. It will be a nerve wracking game. For him enough is enough. No way Liverpool will get pass Chelsea for both legs of semifinal. Rafa Benitez have the quality required for European game and less suitable for English style. But most of the games, he prefer to play defencive and play counter attack when meeting rivals team. Bottom line, I feel that Chelsea will win the first leg 2-0.

Bravo! True spirit shown here. You what, yesterdays game shows what people who "believe" can achieve and those who moan, winge and cheat cough "jose"... don't come near too ~Joey

No ways I think Chelsea will sneak a win this time.I think this is 1 trophy jose wants at all costs and i am sure he will have the tactics to get there
2 May 07
Jose has tactics? It was clear at half time that something needed doing, probably more depth on the wings and controlled attacking but none of this happened. which lead to a mighty fine win for a small team? wtf Jose's tactics, I'm with it now. His childish comments, plus sneaky hand "liverpool will win" mind control didn't work. Jose will never bring the champions league trophy to chelsea. he needs to focus on managing instead of that big head of his. Kudos liverpool! ~Joey

I think they can. This is of course, the first leg and the decider will be next week. Liverpool have a good record against Chelsea. They beat them in the FA Community Shield at the start of the season. They also beat them in 2005. Dirk Kuyt is in good form at the moment. Chelsea struggled to beat Newcastle last weekend. I think it will be a close thing, possibly 1-1 and although Chelsea must be the favourites to win it, I can see no reason that Liverpool can't surprise a few people again.
