summer heat!

hey guys anyone of you here knows, when and how can you have heat stroke? what if i've been experiencing headache for a few days after exposing myself to heat coz of comuting, is that a sign or something? tell me. thanks..

extensive exposer to sun expecially when one's head is heated in sun.

You should cover your head while moving in summer time, secondly do not leave your house without drinking a glass of water. Headache is and indication that you have exposed to sun. But it is better to observe the above precautions to prevent the stroke.
