Ok..here is an idea ..since we all know that the owner covered himself .. If you want to warn others..create a one page site..you can get free sites at: yahoo, tripod, blogger, wordpress and more. Right one page..only on this site; title it my nightmare on DC or something else There write your honest opinion of this site..so that anyone else who may be thinking of joining the site may be forewarned. Be very careful to express only your experience..How much you lost ..what you think of the site now that they pulled out and left so many not paid!! I think if every member that was scammed did this the search engines would pick up on this and big companies like google or yahoo or even bidvertiser will stop supporting such a fraud/scam.

Hello, littlefrancisan,i am just wondering why all DC members know the owner?? I have came across with couples of discussions about this site and it seems that many members have been affected. I still remember when I joined the site, someone just told me it was totally safe ,now i realized nothing is safe on the net, every sites may get the chance to be folded up one day, especially those which always bragged for their high earnings and no risks. There have been two sites closed suddenly in the past two weeks,it was not a good news for us who earned online. We just do not want to spend our time for nothing.

I agree..I had been recruited..left the place once returned when someone said things had been ironed out..I know the person who owns it because he had sent emails and signed his name. I also know he wrote specific terms and conditions which I pointed out to everyone ..This pretty much squashed anyone's attempt to sue..since he stated clearly that by joining the site we accepted the fact that he didnt have to pay on time or at all... The terms only appeared when I questioned some of his ways..he realized his ways were fraudulent so created terms quickly and set it on his site. We cannont sue him..he had the terms set up and if people would have read or paid heed to the warning they may or may not continued to post on the site..

I think all the sites owners are dodgy, even they get some problems and was sued by the members, they can walk out free from the court since we have all tick the box and agree all the terms in joining the sites, and he will not be responsible for any loss on the members.

You know though, Easy, I hadn't read the terms and conditions or should I say I never saw them in the beginning..they just sort of appeared. I am now more careful.. I think it will save me alot of grief in the future..what do you think?:)_+
