Gelatin measure ..please help friends!

Hello friends,I have recipes which use gelatin but they are all american recipes.Now I don't remember how much exactly makes one envelop of gelatin in the US..can any of you help me?I just found a very good recipe for applets and cotlets which I want to make and the recipe calls for 2 envelopes of unflavoured gelatin.How many teaspoons or how many grams is in 1 envelope of unflavoured gelatin?

I just looked on my box of KNOX Unflavored Gelatine. 1 envelope is 7g.
