Is Clixsense related to Stormpay...as Stormpay was investigated for fraud

I suspected so, since they use the same business address. More details are at www.stormpayfraud.com, so it seems like the man behind is coming back for more? Anyone being paid by Clixsense after clicking 500 ads? What's your opinion?
