Yes, you can rate all responses but you can only pick one best response. You can also give + ratings (or minus if bad) to other members discussions. Actually you should hit the + if you think someones response is well written/good, even if you don't agree with them.

Yes you can rosebug. You can give as many as you think are appropriate and sometimes it can be hard to dedide. I have never given every respondant to my discussions a positive (+) rating, except of course when there have only been a couple of very good responses.

I always give a + rating to anyone who posts in my dscussions on-topic, although only one can be choses as "best response"

Definitely! If you consider anyone as having made some kind of positive response, it is only fair to give a '+' rating.
This would encourage people who are not only new to mylot, but are new to 'Group Discussions' !
