my first account cannot open?any idea why?``

well this is my second account on my lot, i been a member since december of 2006 on my first account..and i already been paid twice on the first account, and i have a $10.48 pending on that account..i can't seem to know why my first account cannot log-in by my password, and when i click the forget the password, verify it by my e-mail, it says that e-mail doesn,t exist..why is it like that...i tried sending e-mail on mylot admin..by they wouldn't e-mail me back and answer way is my account block..and now i've started another account, and back from the beginning..would someone please help..my $10.48 is stuck on that account...
