I came across this wonderful low calorie breakfast receipe.I tried and loved it so I thought I would share it with my fellow mylotters who may be trying to watch the calories. 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tsp.sugar or sweetner. 1 tsp.coconut extract(optional) 3 unsweetened pineapple slices cut up 1 tbl.pineapple juice 1/2 bananna sliced Mix all the ingredients together and you have a yummy low calorie breakfast.Sometimes I will even have a slice of low calorie toast with it. I hope you enjoy this.I sure did!

Hi Tammy. Thank you for this recipe. It sounds very delicious and I love breakfast foods so I may just have to try it. I am sure that it tastes good since you like it and I trust my dear friend very much. I love pineapples. :-) Low calorie breakfast definitely sounds like a plan for me. It sounds like to me that you are eating healthy and taking very good care of yourself. :-)

I'm trying ,my friend, lol. If you want, one of the mylotters suggested coconut .that would sound good. I did try using low fat pineapple yougurt and just admitted the sweetner.

That sounds great and easy to do. I usually just eat fruit flavored zero fat yogurt available in the market. I love them in mango, strawberry and blueberry flavors. Sometimes I also add fresh fruit like banana and melon. Or yogurt with muesli and fruits. I have tried eating plain yogurt but it doesn't taste good. Now I can try plain yogurt with your recipe.

What's really cool about it is that you can use either low fat or plain yogurt. Also what I did one time was to use low fat pineapple yougurt instead of plain and just omitted the sweetner.I too hate plain yougurt but don't mind eating it this way

With the pinapple, pineapple juice and ban anna you could leave out the sugar as these are used to sweet foods too. If you used real coconut it could replace the sugar and would be better for you too. Refined sugar will eventually kill you.

That sounds very good. I think I'd add some flaked coconut too.
