Hello all you people in mylot land, my name is Eskarena and im a mylot addict

LOL Eskarena don't trust the pretty nurses , and the room is too quiet:):) maybe those are your special numbers.. try using them on a lottery:) I don't know , when one of my discussions goes to sleep after 4 or 5 responses I sometimes refresh it a bit by posting a comment on it, and then sometimes more people see it and I get a few more responses, but that is not exactly your question. It certainly seems strange all the discussions stop at more or less the same number for you. I never noticed that, but I know that they tend to stop at specific numbers for me, like it makes a break at around 6, then if it goes after that it sometimes takes a nap at around 15... stuff like that. Also another explanation can be the time you're posting. I noticed that since I usually am here late at night and that is the middle of the night for a lot of myLotters, sometimes I don't get many answers until the next day.. but then the next day with so many new discussions sometimes it's overlooked.

I exist! I am looking at myself right now.. Aaahhh! Could do with losing a little more weight I think. I could be a fragment of your imagination however? It's all an illusion and I'll be gone in a minute! I haven't launched a discussion for a long time. I think I may have confused people with my Zen! And didn't get a single response to one. I did some mundane ones like mobile phones and embarrassing moments, but that didn't pull much in either. I thought I would just respond to others... I might get around to thinking of some discussions, trouble is I seem to be saying it all in discusssions I respond to! No matter, it's all in a day's fun...Ah must go and get me some tea... For the American readers, that's what we call dinner - at least here in South Wales, and I think in Yorkshire too where my ex came from. Oh,my sweet friend i am sorry i don't replied at all your posts.In my case trust me is about how much i understand...i am bad in this lingo and i am thinking better not reply than say something idiot... This has gone on long enough and someone's got to tell you the truth, and I may find myself totally disassembled come tomorrow morning, but the truth is: There are NO (people) on here! YOU are the only human being and this site was designed just to drive you crazy! We here are all mylot (robots) and our job is to respond to your posts. That is one reason our responses are coming to you in a (uniform)fashion, as robots, it is hard to respond as a human would, we can only respond as our internal promptors direct us, thus the reason for such uniformity.I must go back to my position before I am missed, this is just between me and you!

hi eskarena, well it looks like, counting my response that this discussion got 22 responses...does that throw your scale off? :) i guess wihtout realizing it, i have had the same thing happen with my own discussions, so you're not alone. however, i usually get no more than 6 or 7 responses, on a GOOD day ;) oh woe is me! and i don't know about other members but i welcome your 'odd turn of mind' :)

As you have 7910 points, you must be a well-respected member in here. I didn't check how long you've been with Mylot but that's a handsome score, and I would imagine you warrant a lot more responses to your discussions than five or ten. So, I am going to add to this one, in order to try and help you along some. It's great to meet you and I wouldn't be too worried about the amount of responses because despite posting valid discussions, or to my mind I do, I have at times received the big fat zero responses. So, Eskarena, is there a 12 step program for this addiction, or are we doomed to keep posting in our wild obsession. Also, is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Hoghoney here and I think I exist, I have a few discussion that only have a couple respones to them also and I think I got one that dont even have any. but I am really out here and I am a MyLot addict also.

hahaha.. hello there eskarena1 it's nice to meet you ^_^ It seems to me that you are a mylot addict, with 7000 plus posts and five discussions a day.. oh la la.. you're mind seems to be full of ideas and I'm envious that you are able to post so many discussions.... I don't think it's your fault that it stops at a certain number. it maybe just because, there are so many others that post their discussion that your discussion somehow gets swept under so many other discussions, well...just a thought =)

Uh, no I don't think I'm a product of your imagination...I think I exist..LOL..I guess a lot depends on the subject matter of the discussions too...some people can relate to them some can't..Some on my discussions bring on a ton of responses then other not a thing...so go figure..and some days/nights it's soooooooo slow here I'm wondering if, with all the people that do belong here all suddenly decided to take the day/night off..it's creepy then...like hey...am I the only one here??

Good day to you Eskarena, I believe we have already been talking this fine Wednesday... but YES, same thing happens to me, the first day I post I am lucky to get 9 responses (which I am thinking are only my friends that have me on notify), second day maybe up to 12 and then it stops, although every so often I do get lucky and get like a ton of responses to a discussion that I did not put alot of thought into, why is that? a twist of fate? or just lucky? who knows, I don't try and ponder or figure it out and only feel blessed that myLotters do respond to me.

Responses to my posts vary and I think I still have one post that doesn't have any responses. I have not noticed what you are referring to but I really haven't paid attention.

Good day to you! Most of my post present the same results that you speak of here....some of my posts have no responses at all. Sometimes I think I've come up with a really good topic that I think will promote good discussion and then.....nothing. Aahh well, such is life. I still spend a lot of time here - mostly responding to other discussions I find so interesting. I have a lot of fun.
