No as others have said they wouldn't pay out your earnings. Funny thing though is that there are 3 people on my Friends list that have all been banned (maybe I'm a jinx!) and they still show up there. You would think they would just be wiped out completely wouldn't you? In fact I happen to know that 2 of them have come back under other identities although I'm not sure if myLot realise this or not!

It clearly states in the guidelines and FAQ's that if you are banned you lose any and all earnings that you are eligable for. I hope this helps. I also don't agree with once you have been banned, you should come back on myLot with a different name. That's just wrong.

I agree with you too. I saw someone earlier saying that they had been banned previously and now they had a new account. That person should be banned for just saying this.

They state in the guidelines they can and will confiscate your money.
I wonder if when there's those sudden creeping upwards of earnings, like 5, 8, 10, 15 cents the hour before earnings roll over 'oficially' if that is money being redistributed. I know they have some auto check of some sort every three days and earnings may suddenly change.
On the whole I think Mylot is pretty honest, so I'd like to think the money is being spread around from invalidated accounts.
