It is all around us, from the expensive galleries to the walls of downtown. Art in all it's splendor. We have this outside gallery along the corridor of the train tracks leaving town. It used to be a prime spot for graffiti. Now it is a wall of artwork by local students. I love to walk along the track and check out the art. One day I was walking along and there was a painting of a homeless man sitting on a street corner and holding a cat in his lap. The expression on the face of both the man and the cat told the whole story and spoke volumes to me. I still think of it. It was art that moved me in many ways and maybe even changed my outlook on the downtrodden. Have you ever been moved by art and what was the artwork?

I remember this painting of a girl's face I saw several years ago. It was simply touching. The girl's face was a little sad, and the environment she was in, was very dark. It was such a gloomy picture, but it was done to such perfection, that I haven't been able to forget it to this day!!

That is true art I think, when a painting can touch a sole for a long time to come. I wish I had talent!

art is a mere expression of its creator. match that with passion, it will surely touch the heart of its audience. and yes, art did moved me and maybe because i also a passion for it.
