what ways are there to earn money on net?

hi to all i joined mylot from the point of earning but i have developed quite a liking to this site.i wante to ask fellow mylotters about any other sites on the net which give earnings for ads or even for freelance programmers. for ads i only found this site : http://adbux.org/?r=nfsfan and for freelance programming i found this site : www.scriptlance.com are there any more of such sites??
