do you set Notify On on your contacts when they post new topics?

Hello,daryljane,I have turned on the notify buttons for all of my friends,and I found out that i can improve the speed of replying and hence earnings also improve,also you can catch up with the discussions of other members and reply to them as soon as possible,if not ,it may be hard to know what they are talking about because the discussions may only be make sense if you read all.

Yes I have mine set to on. I find it easier to be able to respond to my friends discussions without having to go through all of my friends to see what they've posted recently. It also helps my count to get up. I don't always respond to all of them just because sometimes I just have nothing to say. But for the most part I try to respond to the discussions I know something about.

Yes, I have notify on for my contacts/friends. It is a good way to keep in touch with who is oposting what. i get sop many e-mails now I have to just browse and pick a few to read and then browse through some more. I had over 2,000 e-mails one day after not being on for 2 days. I also recieve e-mail notifications from my http://www.ryze.com/go/anewme4life site and from some survey sites I am on. That is why so many e-mails. Too many for part-time huh?

before, when i had about 28 friends in my list, i have set the "notify on" button so i could easily check the new topics they have posted. i get about 20 or so notifications.
however, when the friends in my list increased to a hundred and i started receiving 160-200 notifications per day for the new discussions they started... it was too overwhelming for me to do as i only get to post only about 10 responses a day on the average.
i had to turn the notify button off. i could always check their topics on "discussions my friends started" anyway. this way, i had a better usage of my time in mylot than to sort thru my emails. :)

i guess thats what happening to me right now... when my contacts increased, im already getting lots of emails..i geuss ill just turn if off.

Yes, I have all myLot notifies in my mail and set a filter to it. It allows me to manage the discussions more effectively.
