Would you consider yourself more of a leader or a follower? What would other people who know you say about this if asked their opinion of you? I'll admit that I have always been more of a follower and that has not always been a good thing. I was always willing to follow the crowd even in the wrong direction. My husband has always been a leader. He never has done anything that he didn't want to do...forget peer pressure. My oldest daughter is more of a leader and my middle daughter is a follower. I'm already worrying a little about all the trouble she might get in if she follows in my footsteps.

Is hard to tell...i know for sure i am a winner.
I was leader few years at work(boss)and i did all my duty well, but i discovered i don't like to be leader because i have to ask my personal to make good things and i am too perfectioniste to be happy with something not so perfect, and because this i end many time making things for few workers just because i saw i have more dexterity...
But inside me i was knowing i don't like to be leader...i like to be follower because is more easy...and i can be lazy sometimes..lol!!

I have always been more of a follower even in growing up. But if the need be, I can take charge and become a leader easily enough...as long as the people I'm leading are willing to do their share. I too can be a little on the lazy side.
