Some with me.. do jog and diet with low carbohydrate.
More cardio exercise and weight training.
Sit up and crunches are good.
Hope this is will help you.
I can lose 1 inch per week with doing that.

same here.. i have belly fats tooo.. and it last for nearly 5 - 6 years.. i can't get rid of it.. even if i exercise 5 times per week.. going to the gym.. i think it's some kind of permanent fat.. erm.. anyone has better solution for me? wow.. 2 litre of water? erm.. i drink alot of water too.. but.. will it help? can i just exercise daily and cut down my food? i've seen many girls doing this way.. and i think they're torturing themselves.. excessive starvation leads to anorexia nervosa.. and the rest is history.. haha .. i don't like to diet to get rid of my fat.. i just want to exercise.. but i need to know the proper way .. anyone?
