Well after two hours of medicore entertainment tonight I was shicked outta my shoes on two counts. #1. Jordin Sparks was in the bottom 2?? how in the world does that happen? She was in the bottom with Chris??? Hmmmm curiouser amd curiouser. #2. NO one went home- they said they couldnt vote someone off on a Charity show.... pretty clever huh? But... Next week they are sending home 2 of the kids!!! Can we still vote? What can we do, JORDIN cannot be in the bottom two next week! How did the show leave you?

I enjoyed the charity show on Idol last night, especially Celine and Elvis (*sigh*). It's going to be rough next week sending home two of the kids, so we'd all better get in there and vote, vote, vote for our favorites. At first, I thought that Jordin was being sent home and I was totally upset. When they made the announcement that NO ONE was being sent home this week, but two would be sent home next week, I thought what a horrible week it's going to be next week. Let's vote, people!

I actually enjoyed the show, especially when they showed the Ford Mustang commercial. It was hilarious. I think they are stumping everyone by making it look like Jordin is in the bottom two. She is just too good to send home yet.

I didn't think that Jordin was in the bottom two because Ryan said when the show started that he was picking the people in no particular order. I think they left Jordin last to make people think Jordin was voted off and that would have definately been a shocker. I could be wrong but that was my impression. But either way, I am glad no one went home tonight. It just wouldn't have been right. I believe that you can still vote next week. Many people vote several times so there really is no way to stop you from voting and Ryan said that this weeks and next weeks votes would be added together. Tonights show left me feeling thankful for what I have. I sent them $10. I know its not much but it was all I could spare.

Oh Brenda your are so right! I had totally forgotten that Ryan said IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER! Oh Whew ! I feel soooooooooooooooo much better now. It just was so bizarre that she wound up last - It clouded my memory LOL. Hey $10 is a lot of money to them! that will buy how many of those pills that helps treat malaria? I think that is wonderful! Good for you. I applaud you for y our caring and thoughtful way. Just think if all of the MYLOTTERS gave $10? WOW what a contribution that would make!. Thanks for jogging my memory on Ryan's early comment. I can rest better now LOL.

I haven't been able to keep up with Idol very well, but I saw bits and pieces of the show last night. What a great charity thing they're doing :) I love when "hollywood" uses their time, effort, talent and money for something worthwhile for a change !

Matlgal now I am shocked. Last night's show was a charity event not a real elimination show and I thought it was fabulous. One the best charity variety shows I have seen in a long time. Celine and Elvis blew my mind and having the remaining contestants as their back up singers was ingenious. What a great example of computer technology. The cartoon of the Simpsons being "Idol" judges and judging Simon was hilarious. I thought everyone knew it was not going to be a 2 hour Idol.. "who goes home show". If Jordin goes home then I will really rant. She is wonderful. She and Melinda both have great voices but Jordin is also beautiful

In the video of Simon and Ryan in Africa, when the woman who was dying of AIDS was sent away to the hospital, I saw a side of Simon that really surprised me, it was his compassionate side.

ME too Howard- I truly believe that he has a soft side. I just think that the image he wanted created didn't display much of that. I certainly believe that in all cases he is fair and he's hearing what I hear. I do disagree with some of the "personal image" comments that I feel could be left out. It's borderline discriminatory sometimes. Alot of that is for the ratings and media crap too. I pay little or no attention to that stuff. Thanks for your thoughts.
