How to face up the lost lover?

Recently, I have aparted with my first lover by some unsaid reasons, but i still
addict myself to the past days and can not accept the truth anyhow.
We agreed to be friends continuely, but i can not help myself to facing him calm,
then how could i do?
when it comes to love.....

I think you have to face him as if you forget everything that happens with you in the past. You will face him that as if you never love him, that as if you already accept the things that the two of you are just friends already.

if you really could not drop the past love, I suggest you don't see your lost lover .
if you aparted with him , you might hurt yourself.
He don't love you now,but you love him still .
Then you will have some wish to be his girlfriend,but he will not give you this chance.
I think it really will hurt you.
It is only my opinions, hope it not hurt you.
