Anyone have a Metallica Tattoo

I got a tattoo of the tribal star from the reload album. I know its kinda stupid to get a tattoo of a band logo, but I like it, at least it doesn't say "metallica". Do you have a rock or metal band tattoo. Do you like it or regret it?

That would make a good tattoo. Did you know that star is just the "M" from the old Metallica logo (well, 4 of 'em) rotated and put together? I didn't know that for the longest time, and I was like "Duh! Why didn't I see it before?" once I saw an animated GIF that showed the 4 "M's" rotate and come together. I always thought that star would make a good shoulder tattoo, and that their old logo in its entirety (probably the 3d one from either MoP or RtL) would make a cool back tattoo.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot? Where'd you get your tattoo? Not to copy you or anything, but I might get that star one day on my shoulder or something (maybe after a couple more years of working out, lol, I'm still pretty skinny)

Yeah I didn't know it was the 4 M's until after I got it. I thought that was pretty cool. I Got on the right side of my chest. I originally wanted it on my shoulder but like you said it would have to be pretty small to fit on there.

That's pretty cool. I don't know if I'll ever get a tattoo though, they're so permanent. It would take me forever to decide on one, and even then, if I got tired of it later then there's no going back.

One of my friends just got a tatoo on his back (near his left shoulder blade) that looks a lot like the cover of the King Nothing single (a skull inside a star, but in this design the inside of the star was red instead of green and looked like muscle, as if the skin had been cut away).

I have a Motley Crue tattoo. I have the 'Theatre of Pain' masks, except with skull faces instead of clown faces. I got it almost 17 years ago and it's still not colored. I've been waiting to get tired of the black & white, but it hasn't happened yet. It's about 4 1/2 inches tall, and about 3 inches wide, on my lower leg, above my ankle.
