Bad odors in the mouth or bad breath are caused due to a variety of reasons. You said you dont have anys tomach problems but you could be having some kind of infection in your mouth. Anaerobic bacteria are usually responsible for this bad breath. you need to go to a dentists and check out if these bacteria have caused any dental problems. lso do you suffer form throat infections? Coz they can also lead to bad odors. Even diabetic patients are prone to it - so if you have diabetes that could be a reason. I ama ctually a pharmacist and am currently handling a product for bad breath. A combination gel of metronidazole + chlorhexidine would prove beneficial for bad breath. Im sure youd get this combination in the country your in. Just rub it onot your gums and tongue, leave on for 5 mins and rinse mouth. a use of 5-7 days should help you with this problem. Hope this helps.

Floss, brush your teeth, scrape your tongue, rinse with a mouthwash of your choice. Avoid foods that make bad breath like onions and garlic. If none of that helps, consult your doctor or dentist to see where the smell is coming from.

Mostly bad breath bacteria is at the back of the tongue so whenever you brush your teeth make sure to give the tongue a good scraping when you're done, gargling also helps, especially with a mouthwash, if the problem still persists, maybe it could be another reason. It could be due to cavities so you might wanna take a trip to the dentist, if that's not it either, then go get a check up because bad breath can sometimes be a symptom of something else, but mostly it's because of the other two reasons...
