Is eating fruits really healthy??

I know fruits has a lot of vitamins and minerals thats why they are healthy ones especially if youre on a diet.But it is really advisable to eat fruits in the morning even in an empty stomach??

well yes it is advisable as fruits gives you lots of vitamins and minerals which could help you during the course of the day. Thats why most people take beverages in the morning probably with a loaf of bread, its advisable to take fruits in the morning instead of a heavy meal

it is good to take fruits first thing in the morning because, the body will be able to ingest at maximum levels the nutrients that fruits contain.

fruits are best taken first thing in the morning. so, fairygreen, from this time on, take fruits instead of coffee in the early mornings. fruits will allow you to have your sufficient morning meal and if you eat enough of it, you will need more food only after 10 am. notice after a month a glowing skin and the feeling of lightness in your stomach everytime you wake up each morning.

When i was young, my parents advised me not to eat fresh fruits in the morning because they told me that it would result to upset tummy. But as i grow old i learned that its good to eat fresh fruit in the morning, i dont have any problem taking fruits w/ an empty tummy so if there's fruit served in the morning i would eat it.

when im on a diet, i only eat fruits for breakfast till dinner. nothing happened to me when i eat them for my breakfast so i guess it safe to say that its okay to eat fruits for breakfast.

Fruits are really nutritious for health. Each and every fruit if taken raw has somewhat nutrition value and our body absorbs it directly. At morning after some light exercise taking fruits in breakfast is a very healthy food to start the day. Even diet specialist recommend fruit in breakfast. Certain fruits also can be taken after meals.
