do you surrender to the fact that life isnt fair?

one of the nice things about surrendering to the fact that life isnt fair is that it keeps us from feeling sorry for ourselves by encouraging us to do the very best we can with what we have. it also keeps us from feeling sorry for others because we are reminded that everyone is dealt with a different hand, and everyone has unique strengths and challenges. do you agree with me?

It's good that life isnt fair. Otherwise , there would be no inequality and as a result: no motivation to strive to be ur best. For example:if everyone in my class knew that whatever job they get in the future will pay the same as any other job- there'd be no motivation to study etc. In fact , I would just not bother going to school and just stay home-expecting the life of sweeping the sides of roads for the same amount of money as any person would get.

Well we don't really have a choice. I just carry on the best that I can and remember that everything happens for a reason. Faith in God getts me through.

I strongly agree with you. That's why there are rich and poor people. In this life we must be strong to survive. The weak will just suffer life's misery. To be strong we must be determined and never forget to be sharp as a pin on a cushion.
