I saw something this morning, and I thought I would share it with you. As some of you know, I live in a small town. Well, today I took my kids to school, and the sign outside our small coffee house says 'Sanjaya Malakarmel Latte'. So know I know where he is going. He's going to be a coffee flavor!!! Good job, Sanjaya. I am sure everyone caught the stab to his talents by Simon last night, so I won't go there...yet.

I will be glad to see him release an album and it go gold so he is given some respect that he deserves. Sanjaya is a nice guy and he does have some talent. I believe that he will be a big star! His sister and him both should have been in the final 20. However, for some reason the judges didn't see her talent.

Just so you know, I have yet to disrespect any of these contestants. It takes more talent, courage and strength than I've got to get up there in front of America and sing, or dance, or even speak. I just find things funny, and I share them. I thought it was pretty ingenious to think up 'malakarmel', and I thought some of you would like it too. My mistake. Apparently the jest was lost on me. It must be because the tone of my voice is not audible, and people can't see my smile.

Sorry, I forgot something. If you have never read any of my posts, then you missed the ones where I said I liked his sister. I thought her voice was more stable and controlled. I think his sister should have stayed, and maybe him too, but definitely his sissy!!!

I am sure there are many places that will try doing something like this since Sanjaya is still so Fresh in everyone's mind. How can they not Bank on the recent fame of him? I know since he is from not too far from me, and his Hair Dresser is even from the same town I live in, there will be a lot of publicity for quite a while here as well. If they can make decent money from this, I say go for it while it lasts. Just my thoughts.

Here, here!! It's kind of neat when this kind of thing hits close to home, but it does get old fast. It's funny to see how many will try to profit by distorting his name, or using his name at all. Some people have no sense and some try to make money off everyone else. I understand that it's hard for some people to come up with their own ideas, but come on. There is going to be a candy bar or an ice cream flavor next.

Yes he is. It is truly amazing. I don't remember any other contestant getting this kind of publicity. I bet his head has grown quite a bit in the last few weeks of his life. I hope he keeps going. It would sure show the people who really badmouthed him. I just loudly shared my amazment and joked a little, but nothing harsh, I don't think.

All I can say is that show business is really ruthless. I can see it's really tough to make it there and stay up on there. But don't down Sanjaya anymore, he's a good guy and he doesn't sing that bad. He's quite unbelievable because he made it to the top 10. There are other worse contestants in american idol compared to him. And there was also a point that this show was actually using him to get ratings. Can you believe that???

I don't think Idol should need to use anyone to boost ratings. I was under the impression the show did really well on its own. Maybe not, but I thought so. As far as downing the guy, I'm not. I just thought it was funny and unique. These people get all my respect and admiration. Not because I wish I was on there, but because of their strength. But clearly he was not as good as some that left before him. Fortunately, I am not the only one who thinks so.

I think that Sanjaya, no matter how much he was hated during hia American Idol stint, he is going to make it big. He's already been strutting the red carpet, has coffee flavored after him (I wonder how that tastes like!) He is charming and in a few years he can actually hone his talent. His number 1 advantage is his smile.

Hate is a very strong word. I, for the record, never hated him, I just thought he should have left before Sundance, or Gina for that matter. Also, I am sure he is already recording his first album and I'm sure he will make more money than he knows what to do with. I wouldn't be surprised if he was a guest host or speaker at the next award show or something big like that.

That's funny, but I don't think it's an insult. They may have even needed his permission to use his name. It's no different that the Ben and Jerry's flavors, like Cherry Garcia and so on. I know they have to get permission. Sanjaya's a sweet kid. Yeah, he can't sing very well, but he can sing better than most of the population. I wouldn't compete against him. Should he have made it as far as he did? No. There were definitely better singers. I don't think Brandon deserved to be kicked off first. But that's the way it goes. If Sanjaya goes on to make millions off his popularity, then good for him. We all deserve the opportunity to be successful if we work at it.

I think it's great as well, too bad I don't like coffee, even if it is malakarmel. I wish him the best of luck, but this is one person who won't be buying his album. He didn't hardly have to do anything to be this popular, except be the underdog. Howard Stern and others boosted his popularity for him. It must be nice to have that kind of backing. My best to him and his family, I think he will be around for quite awhile. His spirit will carry him wherever he goes.
