LOST in translation

So does anyone know the English translation of the words the parachute girl was mumbling? I don't think we should take the Russian guy's version...as we know he's an Other and cannot be trusted!! Translations please...

Naomi? Where did you learn her name to be Naomi? Did I miss something? And her being multilingual probably has to do with something we don't know yet. Maybe she worked as a translator. maybe she's some secreat operative who has worked in many countries. We don't know yet.
