Of course it's treason. It's called offering aid and comfort to the enemy.
It is also undermining the war effort and does nothing to support our troops.
If this was a Republican doing the same thing as Reid under a Democrat president, I bet then you would see how fast treason charges could be filed.
Of course a Republican most likely wouldn't do such a thing in the first place, no matter how much they disagreed with the president, because most Republicans believe in the rule of law, will most Democrats don't worry about such inconveniences.
The Democrats are sure proving their disregard for America's security though.
It's already time to vote them out of Congress.

It's too bad that Prs. Clinton didn't send troop into Iraq... then the democrats would consider it important to win.

I don't think we try people for treason any more. It's like so last century. Today, people can defecate on the American flag and call it freedom of "speech," so I'm not really anticipating anyone being charged with treason soon.

You're right, and just speaking out against the U.S. during a war should never be considered treason. However, Reid was not speaking for himself, he was speaking in his capacity as the Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate. His actions have directly helped the enemy in Iraq. He is a traitor, and should be treated as such by the people of America.

I don't disagree. I just don't think it will happen, nor will Pelosi be charged for her jaunt to Syria. They will continue to walk all over the Constitution and the country because they are getting away with it.
