Generally, i like the medium sized breeds, because they are just enough, and no too much. But, what kind of Dog person are you, and why? Oh yes, and my favorite is the Scottish terrier

My baby boy - My baby boy.
I love big dogs, they are gentle giants. My favorite is the Doberman, I have owned Dobes all my life, they are excellent dogs.

I like big dogs. dogs you can stroke when they're standing next to you without squatting. I have a big dog, a Scottish Deerhound and 2 medium dogs, a Lurchre and a Greyhound. in the past we've had big dogs like a Great Dane and a medium dog, a German Shepherd (okay, so a large medium, but still medium) it makes me laugh how to some people a cocker is a medium dog and a lab is a large dog. haha. in that case what does that make my girl?

King Dobermans can get up to 150 lbs, even more. So, I guess that would make yours and extra large dog? LOL! however, I also didn't talk too much about the teacup dogs. if a dog weighs under a pound, it is kinda hard for me to place it as a dog.I love dogs though! I just don't like cleaning up after them.

I prefer big dogs. I want A great dane but I cant have one where I live. I want a big dog that will deter people from wanting to harm my family or property. I mean If I went to rob a house and this dog who stand taller than me on its hind legs greets me I would run away for sure. I dont like little dogs. They can be way more aggresive and tempremental than larger breeds. Also they tend to bark constantly!

I guess that is where the saying comes from, "his bark is worse than his bite"- LOL!

I have a big dog (the biggest black lab anyone has ever seen), but I would much rather have a smaller dog that can play with my rabbit and not jump up on the kitchen table and ruin everything all the time.

I personally like small dogs, that is all I have ever owned, they are so much easier to cuddle and they give you thier full love and attention. I have a dog right now that is part chiuaua, part jack russel terrier and part daushaund, he looks mostly daushaund, but jumps like the jack russel, and has the head of a chiuaua, he also has huge floppy ears like the daushaund, but can hold them straight as an arrow like the chiuaua.

I'm usually not a fan of the smaller dogs because they're so yippy. Plus they're so easy to step on when you've got our hands full and are walking around the house. I prefer the medium to large dogs. They play more, you can wrestle with them and I feel safer having a larger dog in my house.

I don't know if I could say what size I prefer. I have an ankle bitter...Mini Dachshund. :) Even though she is actually very sweet and loving, for some reason, she does not like our Basset Hound, Bailey. And then we have a Beagle/Jack Russel mix. I have been exposed to many dogs and I just love dogs themselves. I have even wanted a St Bernard...but I fear that he or she would over heat in the states that we have lived in.

I like medium sized to tiny. Big dogs scare the heck out of me I don't know why. I like poodles because they look so adorable and cute, because of being so small (most of them)

I don't mind any sized dog actually. At one point in time I wanted a great dane. lol. Now I don't mind the small or medium sized dogs. If they're a mutt then all the better.

I love all three. I just love dogs and it doesn't matter what size they are.
