How often do you smoke?

Are you a heavy smoker or a light smoker?For what reason and in what situation do you smoke?IS it of some help after a smoke.and who in your family smoke a lot?

Well I don't smoke but most people who do seem to after eating, when distressed, and when they first wake up.

smoke is hardly a great thing and i feel happy for you that you dont get into the habit of smoking.I only smoke occasionally for social need but i always keep myself from it if possible since it is not a good thing.after all i want a body free of diseases.

i smoke a pack every 2 or 3 days. so i end up smoking 2 or 3 packs a week.
