Change in my life is completely inevitable. I was stricken with cancer four years ago. First the treatment went bad, I was burned horribly be the radiation therapy, I had rectal cancer so that is where all the burns and scar tissue that will not heal is. Second my loving wife cleaned out the bank accounts and took my truck and left for her family home in washington state. third I lost my tree service of 15 years, can not run a tree service when you can not walk, lol. I was then fighting to get my head above water, when hurricane Katrina rolled in and put 6 and a half feet of water in my trailer home, lol. to sick to fix it, have no family to help. Friends in Hawaii said come stay with us, i said ok. Well it has been a little over a year and I have worn out my welcome, and the doctors here say I need a better hospital system to help me, lol, its bad when the best hospital on Oahu,Hawaii can not help you, lol. Now I have no choice but to go back to Mississippi, I fly out Tuesday for new orleans, my good friend david will pick me up, he said that my trailer is dry now and most of that black mold is dead now, lol. I hope this is the last move i have to do for a while, may be i will be able to start a new life, learn how to make a living, I would like to help others who have had their lives torn apart by things out of their control. To let them now there is always hope. Do any of you have a like thing with change in your lives being inevitable. I have learned to try not to be afraid and just be glad to be alive, and look at this as an adventure, which it has and still is even if a very painful one, lol.

Wow. Sorry for all these things that have happened to you. Looks like there may be light at the end of the tunnel for you. It will probably feel good to get back home. Even though your home was under water it sounds like it is still livable with a good cleaning! That is a great idea you have to help others who have had their lives torn also. Who knows maybe when you get back home you will have found that your friends have already sorted out the mess and clened up your home for you! Wouldn't that be nice? Fortunatley for me I have not had an inevitable change in my life as of yet. Well you know the old saying? Once you go down there is now where to look but up. And looks like things may be looking up for you! Good luck with everything!
